Discount Tire

Discount Boulder use to be a great place to purchase tires. My last couple of visits have been horrible. We went in to have a slow leak repaired (we purchased their expensive warranty for each new tire). After three hours they hadn't gotten to our car and my wife left. They never told us the wait would be that long. We made an appointment for today and went back. My wife sat there for an hour and a half (beyond the appointment time) before anyone even looked at the car. After 10 minutes they came back and said there was no slow leak. I don't think they even took the tire off the rim. I am done with Discount and will buy my tires at Costco in the future.

I had an excellent experience at the Discount Tyre store in Boulder, Colorado, and I wanted to recognize the outstanding team there. I recently came in with a punctured tire, and everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. They repaired my tire quickly and expertly, and I truly appreciated that the repair was provided free of charge. What stood out most was not just the quality of the work, but the genuine care and respect shown by every employee. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a very positive experience. Thank you to the entire Boulder team for your excellent service. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending you to others.

Discount tire did not ask me to review their performance however after having tires changed and repaired over the last few years every single time I go to this location and have work done I’m very pleased with the service as well as the end product. All of the employees are very helpful and overall the business is very honest.

Once again, Discount did a great job of taking care of a small emergency for me. Friendly, professional, timely service to get me back on the road. I'm a 20 year customer, and this reminds me why. Boulder store. 7/15/26 ~2:30 PM

With only a couple of exceptions, I've bought my automobile tires only at Discount for at least 35 years, and I will not change. The knowledgeable and professional service they've rendered over the years, especially on my most recent visit to buy a new set of tires, has been outstanding. Their level of Customer Service is incredible! They have the lowest prices anywhere, free rotations and flat repairs, convenient stores no matter where you happen to be, and their Certificate for Repair, Refund, or Replacement is a truly *valuable* piece of insurance, even though it's not exactly cheap. I've used it numerous times when my tires wore out much sooner than the manufacturer's warranty promised. Other companies, of all sorts, should aspire to be as customer-friendly and professional as Discount Tire.
